SARAHDUKE
{studio owner + business/dream coach + voice coach}
Hey Friend! I'm Sarah and I am the proud and {incredibly} grateful owner of Destiny Studio.
In 2009, Destiny Studio started in a spare bedroom in my home when I had just moved back to Mansfield from Nashville, Tennessee after earning a degree in Commercial Music from Belmont University. I accidentally started this business as a fresh college graduate, just trying to figure out what to do with my life. In God's providential way, one "next right thing" led to another ... and 13 years later, I am in awe of what God has built here and feel immense gratitude for each and every singer and musician (thousands!) we have coached over the years! I can hardly believe it.
In 2021, we opened our second location in Aledo, Texas and I am thrilled about the impact we are having with families in this wonderful community -- just like in Mansfield!
My own music journey started at a very young age. I sang publically for the first time as a toddler and continued to sing for anyone who would listen. ;-) As a vocal coach, I have worked with thousands of singers over the years varying in experience level and genre - from Pop to Worship to Disney & Musical Theater. Recently, I've shifted my coaching focus to working with advanced vocalists and Spotlight Society artists and working on my newest adventure, Sarah Duke {Business + Dream Coaching} where I work with women to help them level up in life and business.
Over the years, I have come to realize that what we are actually doing in everything we do at Destiny Studio is cultivating confidence. I know with 100% certainty that confidence changes people and people change the world. I believe with all of my heart that we are training up world changers ... one lesson at a time.
More than any other role or hat that I wear, my greatest joy and ministry is to my family -- Husband Chad, daughters Sadie Grace + Sophie Joy + new baby boy, Tate Ryan. You will often see them with me at one of the studios doing headstands, telling jokes, and making really good coffee from the lobby Keurig.
Additional loves of my life:
-tacos
-nordstrom
-the beach
-diet coke with lime
-a good playlist (featured on this page!)
I can't wait to meet you! And if no one has told you lately ... confidence looks good on you. ;)
