Studio Policies​
TUITION POLICY

Tuition is to be received on the 1st of each month through an automatic-payment, set up with a credit or debit card. Credit card payments will have a 3% additional charge - please use a debit card to avoid this.

If a payment is declined, you will receive notice by email and must update your payment information prior to your next scheduled lesson in order to maintain your reserved time.
MAKE-UP POLICY
We do not offer any make - ups for client cancellations for group classes.
For private lessons: please submit your cancellation request online by noon the day of your originally scheduled lesson to be issued a make up credit. Any cancellations received after will result in the lesson being cancelled with no option to reschedule.

You may cancel your lesson online at any time!

Late cancellations (ie. after 12 pm on the day of your originally scheduled lesson) do not qualify for make-up credits

A make-up credit will be issued to your account immediately if you early cancel (ie. before 12 pm on the day of your originally scheduled lesson) if you have not yet reached your credit limit. Each student is allowed one make-up credit per 30 day period per membership. Beyond this will result in all cancelled lessons to be forfeited.

Due to our busy schedule we cannot guarantee make-ups to be always available. Please give us a call or email if you have any issues with scheduling your make-up!

Make-up lessons may not be rescheduled. If canceled, make-up lessons are forfeited.
In the event of an instructor’s absence for regular or make-up lessons, a qualified substitute will be assigned to replace the scheduled instructor. If a substitute cannot be arranged, all lessons will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
PERFORMANCES

Students that demonstrate strong work ethic and readiness are eligible to perform in a Destiny Studio Showcase! Participating students pay a showcase fee and attendance is free for all guests. In the event that a student declines to perform after a commitment has been made, a refund is not available for the showcase fee.
HOLIDAYS
Destiny Studio is closed for the following major holidays:

MISD Spring Break

Good Friday

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day

Thanksgiving (Wednesday - Sunday)

MISD Christmas Break

There will be no make-up lessons offered for these holidays. In the event of inclement weather, we will follow the Mansfield ISD school closing policy. If the studio closes due to a weather related situation, a group lesson will be offered later in the semester for all students who wish to make-up their lesson.
LESSON DISCONTINUATION POLICY

Lessons may be discontinued in the event of unmanageable behavior, disrespect of property or staff, excessive absences/no-shows, or delinquent payments. In the event of discontinuation, refunds will not be given.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure your cancellation is processed in time, we require that your cancellation request be received by the 14th day of the month in order to avoid being charged for the following month. If we receive your request after the 14th of the month, you will still be billed for the next month.
Example:

If you wish to cancel your subscription for the month of March, your cancellation request must be submitted by February 14th.

If you submit your cancellation request on February 15th or later, you will still be charged for the month of March, and the cancellation will take effect in April.

PHOTOS/ SOCIAL MEDIA​
Upon enrollment - parents or adult students will have to sign our studio policies that includes permission for photos featuring student(s) to be taken and posted/printed/displayed for promotional purposes.
